Who We Are

H&E Farms was established in 2016 when we purchased our first piece of land outside of Little River, Kansas where we have been blessed to raise two beautiful children. Since then we have had the opportunity to lease additional land from area land owners. I have spent my entire life working for the area producers dreaming of owning my own farm. My wife Haley grew up in Eastern Kansas on a small family farm. The only regret we have had is that we waited as long as we did before we took the chance at operating our own farm.

H&E stands for Hunsinger & Eck. The Hunsinger family has a farmstead just south of our farmstead. The Hunsiger family was the first family to put faith into our ability to care for their land. They have become family to us and we will forever be grateful for them. Since then we have been blessed with several other wonderful landowners to work with.
