H&E Farms is a first generation family farm located just outside the small town of Little River, Kansas. We are committed to regenerative farming and ranching practices. We focus on animal welfare and environmentally friendly farming and ranching practices. We are blessed to have the opportunity to work with the land. We work hard to ensure the land and the environment as a whole is left better than we received it, ensuring a safe and sustainable future for generations to come.
H&E Farm beef is available for purchase as quarter, half or full beef. You can order now, and then follow your order from its life on the farm through delivery to your door. Visits are welcome.
H&E Farm produces cash crops including wheat, corn, soybeans and sorghum. Alongside, we plant cover crops to protect and replenish the soil while providing perfect natural nourishment to the cattle.
We are in farming for the long haul. That means we need to do everything possible to assure that the farm land and pasture that we operate on is managed for sustainability. While generating revenue from the farm today is important, assuring that the farm can continue producing and thriving for the many decades to follow is just as important.
